After being in the classroom for close to 15 years, it is hard to walk away from “teaching.” That is why I haven’t! As a former teacher, I provide my clients with information and critical thinking skills so that they can make the best educated decisions about retirement. Sara is a true Northern Michigan gal, spending most of her life in beautiful Bellaire. Graduating from the University of Michigan with a Masters Degree in Education and from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Sociology, She continues to have a love for teaching and writing, including her monthly column in the Primetime News, writing a monthly newsletter “Tips To Supercharge Your Retirement,” as well as many other helpful resources for educators. Sara is close with her family, and loves to spend time with her husband, two sons, and her mom. She is an intricate part of Hudson Helps, which gives back to seniors in need in the community.
